Dr. Juhi Patel holds a doctorate degree in Food Engineering from the Washington State University, USA. Her work focused on developing and evaluating polymer-based films for Microwave-assisted thermal sterilization technology to extend the shelf life of ready to eat meals. She is skilled at leveraging food packaging and food processing (thermal & non-thermal) knowledge, regardless of the product type for extended shelf life. Dr. Patel also holds M.Tech degree in Agriculture Processing and Food Engineering from the Aligarh Muslim University, India and B.Tech degree in Biotechnology from the Banasthali University, India.
