Indian packaging firm Holostik received awards for the best-applied security product- Gopal and the best-applied decorative/packaging product – Afxigra at the International Holograms Manufacturers Association (IHMA) Excellence in Holography Awards 2018.
Mr. Ankit Gupta – Director, Holostik India Limited and Mr. U.K. Gupta – Chairman, Holostik India Limited received the awards at the event. Both of them showed their happiness while receiving the awards and said that Holostik, the world-class leader of Holograms, will continuously develop new innovations in holographic technology and work on controlling counterfeiting at the global level.
Held on 15th November 2018, the IHMA Awards 2018 witnessed many holography companies who came together to recognize excellence and cutting-edge technology in holography. The awards were a part of two-day Holography Conference scheduled from 15th to 16th November in Minsk, Belarus.
The commended products include Gopal is a tobacco packaging product- a tagger foil seal that comes with highly advanced nano-optical features. The high-security product includes features like full visible with dynamic effect, relief effect, smart glint effect “GOPAL & G Z”, motion effect, dead colour effect, white sparkling effect etc. Afxigra- a pharma carton which incorporates features like metallic effect non-printing, platinum relief image, dome lens effect, brush effect and heart outline in CRI effect.
The IHMA awards recognize excellence in holographic technology and innovation. It is meant for market players who reveal innovative or commercially viable hologram products or techniques over the past years. This year’s excellence in holography awards attracted a record number of entries. Holostik has previously received several awards from IHMA.
