The print and packaging company Qualvis has designed new plastic-free, compostable cartons for e-commerce sport supplements firm Motion Nutrition.
The new cartons replaced Motion Nutrition’s laminated pouches, and it comes with updated visual aesthetic.
The board used for the cartons was Incada Silk from Iggesund, produced from the UK-based Workington Mill.
It was printed with Corona MGA vegetable oil based inks and a water based coating, absent of any UV products.
Joe Welstead, Motion Nutrition CEO, said: “As a young organic supplements brand, our priorities were, in order of importance: sustainability, quality and speed. Qualvis were able to deliver on all three of these, head and shoulders above the competition. On this basis choosing Qualvis to produce our packaging was an easy decision.”
